Spotlight on a Criminal Defense Lawyer

Juan Carlos Estevez specializes in criminal law in Virginia and Washington DC.  JC attended Cornall University, graduating with majors in Applied Economics, Corporate Finance, and Latino Studies.  Soon after college, JC went to work for the Mayor of the City of Miami before attending Geoge Mason School of Law.  He has won numerous national trial advocacy competitions and awards, including National Criminal Law moot court champion and American Bar Association Advocate of the Year for the Northern Virginia Area.  Prior to joining the Fluet Firm, JC spent considerable time as the town attorney for Vienna, Virginia, where he prosecuted numerous cases in General District Court.  JC was born and raised to Cuban parents in Miami, Florida, and he is fluent in Spanish.
